As an Application Engineer for Machine Control Construction, you will be responsible for being experienced in machine control for various heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, graders, loaders, and rollers. Your role will involve being proficient with GPS and Robotic Total Station applications for machine control. Ideally, you will be a Civil Engineer with practical experience in 3D modeling software; however, candidates with a background in Electronics Engineering and the specified experience will also be considered. This position is based in Gurgaon at a warehouse location. The desired experience for this role ranges between 3 to 6 years. You should be prepared for extensive travel and extended stays at construction sites during installations and training for demonstrations and subsequent sales. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing machine control solutions, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and providing technical support during the installation process. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting training sessions for clients and ensuring they are proficient in using the equipment for optimal results. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Purchase Executive for Solitaires (Diamonds) with at least 3 years of experience. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat), different certificates and pricing. This role requires understanding of diamonds, excellent negotiation skills and supplier relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Source and purchase solitaires. Evaluate diamonds using industry-standard grading systems (GIA, IGI, etc.). Ensure that all purchased Solitaires meet company quality standards and certifications. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement. Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and identify new sourcing opportunities. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a diamond buyer or in a related role within the industry. In-depth knowledge of diamond grading standards and quality assessment. Familiarity with diamond certification agencies (GIA, IGI, HRD). A degree or certification in gemology is preferred.
