Grad Partners is looking for dynamic and self-driven individuals for the position of Growth Associate (Intern) to support high-impact growth initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the core team to strategize and execute growth campaigns, curate and manage institutional data, strengthen outreach and engagement with academic institutions, and drive visibility and adoption of our platform among students and placement cells across India. Responsibilities Curate, verify, and manage databases of Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and Deans of academic institutions. Manage stakeholder database and build connect to increase Grad Partners outreach. Support the team in driving the growth of Grad Partners presence on social media. Support Grad Partners in driving participation for key opportunities. Promote the brand and activities on campus and online to boost visibility. Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Engineering, Pharma, Business or any other related fields) Proficient in tools like Google Sheets, Excel and online research platforms Duration: 2 Month Benefits Performance based Incentive 1:1 Mentorship from Grad Partners' Founders & Industry Experts Letter of Completion: Official certificate on successful completion of the program.
