Role Description This is a full-time role for an International Sales Specialist at Gracious Organic. The International Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales activities, communicating with international clients, managing international trade procedures, and promoting our products globally. This is an on-site role located in Site V, Kasna Greater Noida, where you will work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in international markets. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in international sales in the organic food or ingredients industry. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in international markets. - Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and partners. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities. - Ability to travel internationally as needed. - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
