● Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, receiving, and stocking of flowers and supplies, ensuring optimal inventory levels. ● In-Store Sales and Customer Service: Provide excellent service, handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience. ● Order Management: Making sure once the order is confirmed, making it a seamless process for customers till delivery. ● Staff Supervision: Manage staff, schedule shifts, and ensure teamwork and productivity. ● Financial Management: Monitor daily expenses including cash handling and daily reconciliations. ● Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, including arranging displays and maintaining floral arrangements. ● Reporting: Prepare various sales reports, inventory levels. ● Quality Control: Ensure the quality of floral arrangements and products.
