You are urgently required to join as a Lab Assistant for Quality Check. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring that products meet specific quality standards before they are released. This will involve examining products through various methods such as visual inspection, measurements, and functional tests. In case any quality issues are found during inspections, you will need to notify supervisors or relevant teams promptly. It is essential to document inspection results, including deviations, defects, and corrective actions. Keeping yourself updated about quality standards, industry regulations, and new technologies is crucial for this role. To be eligible for this position, you should have a minimum diploma in textile engineering or textile technology, along with at least 2 years of experience in textile quality control. Your tasks will involve testing textile fabrics for GSM, textile check, grab check, and using various testing equipment. Additionally, you will be required to test heated fabrics. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment are essential qualities for this role. You should be able to identify and analyze defects and have a good understanding of quality control processes. As part of the job, you will need to possess basic knowledge about textile technology.
