Role & responsibilities 1. Own Rider sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and retention for the Pune region. 2. Lead and manage Telecallers and Field Recruiters to ensure hiring targets are achieved. 3. Create and implement incentive programs, engagement activities, and retention strategies for riders. 4. Drive recruitment funnel efficiency: leads calls interviews onboarding active riders. 5. Optimize operational costs while ensuring 100% rider availability. 6. Develop and track daily/weekly MIS on rider pipeline, hiring, and attrition. 7. Collaborate with central HR, Operations, and Business teams to align manpower planning with demand. 8. Ensure compliance with all labor laws, contracts, and audit requirements. 9. Mentor and build capability of Telecallers and FR team to improve productivity. 10. Implement process improvements and automation tools to streamline hiring & onboarding. 11. Build and strengthen a self-sourced recruitment team (Field Recruiters & Telecallers) through continuous review, training, and capability development. Preferred candidate profile 1. Experience in Rider lifecycle management (sourcing, hiring, onboarding, training, retention) 2. Strong people management skills with exposure to handling Telecallers & Field Recruiters 3. Knowledge of recruitment funnels, attrition control, and incentive structures for riders 4. Data-driven mindset (MIS, dashboards, productivity metrics) 5. Vendor/partner management for sourcing channels 6. Experience in compliance & audit related to manpower contracts 7. Excellent stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills
