As a Portfolio Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the existing portfolio of customers in Agri, Food processing, and MSME Industries. Your role will involve offering loan products tailored to meet customer requirements such as Working capital (fund based/non-fund based) and Term Loan facilities. Key Responsibilities: - Build a strong and robust customer base to enhance both assets and liabilities. - Earn revenue by providing high standards of service to customers on a continuous basis. - Deepen relationships with existing customers through cross-selling liability and other third-party products. - Continuously monitor accounts to ensure business aligns with budgets. - Regularly monitor accounts to prevent delinquencies, maintain portfolio hygiene, close post-disbursement deferrals in a timely manner, and ensure security perfection. - Engage with Credit & Risk function, legal & technical teams, RCAD & GR team to fulfill customer requirements effectively. Qualifications Required: - Self-motivated individual with strong relationship management skills. - Decent communication skills are essential, and an understanding of the local language will be advantageous.
