As a Field Service Engineer at Lynkit, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients in the GPS/tracking domain at our Guwahati location. Your role will involve offering software and hardware support, conducting technical demos of products and new features, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and responding to client requests for technical assistance in various forms such as in-person, phone, or electronically. You will need to accurately describe client issues, interpret and design resolutions, identify urgent situations, and be open to traveling to client locations as required. The ideal candidate for this position would have project experience with GPS hardware/technology, experience in GPS installation, the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. You should also be able to provide step-by-step technical help both in written and verbal forms, and previous customer-facing experience is a plus.
