FreshLuxe is seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid marketing efforts across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and UPI-based ad platforms like GPay and PhonePe . This is a key role that will drive traffic, conversions, and growth for our D2C beauty brand. Roles & Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, GPay, and PhonePe platforms. Drive traffic and conversions for the FreshLuxe website and marketplaces . Monitor ad performance, ROAS, CAC, and CPAs across platforms. Identify audience segments and retargeting strategies for maximum ROI. Collaborate with the content and graphics team to create high-performing creatives. Work with influencer marketing and performance partners to align messaging. A/B test campaigns and optimize based on data. Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership. Key Requirements: Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube). Experience with UPI platform ads (GPay, PhonePe) is a strong plus . Solid understanding of performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, CAC, CPA, etc. Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and AdWords.
