Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly. Run basic ad campaigns and assist with paid promotions if needed.

Handle petty cash and day-to-day expense entries. Assist in preparing financial reports, GST filings, and purchase entries. Maintain inventory records and stock updates in Tally (if applicable). Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Provide excellent customer service at the billing counter.
