Position: Architect/ Interior Designer Job Location: MG Road, Bangalore Please share your resume along with Portfolio to suchitra.bng@goyalco.com We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with a strong background in Interior Design to join our residential real estate team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in designing and executing residential architecture and interiors, with a strong eye for spatial planning, aesthetics, and functionality. You will play a key role in designing residential buildings and their interior environments , from conceptualization through execution, ensuring that both architectural and interior elements are aligned with client needs and market trends. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs for residential projects (villas, apartments, gated communities, etc.) Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models Collaborate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure cohesive design Ensure compliance with building codes, development regulations, and project briefs Participate in site feasibility studies, layout planning, and regulatory submissions Interior Design Design interior layouts, mood boards, and material palettes for residential spaces Create working drawings, furniture layouts, lighting plans, and detailed specifications Select materials, finishes, and fixtures in line with design aesthetics and budget Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and on-site teams for execution Visit project sites to supervise interior fit-outs and ensure design quality Coordination & Project Support Prepare and present design proposals to internal teams and clients Coordinate with project management and construction teams across design stages Support procurement and BOQ preparation for architectural and interior packages Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and residential market preferences Qualification: B. Arch/ BE in Civil/ B Sc in Interior Designing/Dip in Civil Requirement: 3–5 years of experience in residential architecture and interiors Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office Experience with 3D visualization software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray) is a plus Strong understanding of materials, lighting, color theory, and spatial design Familiarity with building codes, municipal approvals, and construction processes
