1. Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness during workhours. Wear uniform, shoes and cap during work hours. 2. Mark attendance in register with accurate login and logout time. 3. Deliver puffs/breads/cake orders to the locations. 4. Purchase groceries/raw materials/disposables /all kitchen & store supplies. 5. Wrapping/Packing/Sealing bakery items. 6. Fill gas & water cans when need arises & empty AC water cans twice a day. 7. Clean fans/Ac mesh/ fridges/cupboards/drawers & display counters every 15 days. 8. Pack cakes and other items to bring from kitchen to store and vice versa. 9. Forward cake order bills to kitchen. 10. Check shelf life of products every day in morning-afternoon-evening. 11. Count and fill/pack items prepared from kitchen (slices, biscuit boxes, muffins etc). Record in register at kitchen- outgoing stock on daily basis. 12. Record items sold in store & given to outside to vendees/shops. 13. Wet clean and dry tables and chairs in kitchen and store. 14. Record short videos while preparing cakes/customized cakes. 15. Arrange items in the display counter morning & put back in fridge at closing time. 16. Clean the main entrance door every 20 days – all glass doors & windows. 17. Get vegetables from market as and when required. 18. Maintain floor in the store clean and dry at all times. 19. ENSURE MILK is ready for soft serve ready by 11:30 AM and for shakes. 20. Take a weekly off (Inform about it 72 hours prior). 21. Salary advances & extended leave requests to be informed 10 days prior.
