Job Title: Sr. Engineer Maintenance Department: Operations Maintenance Location: Jaipur Reports To: Head (Maintenance) Job Purpose : The Sr. Engineer Maintenance will be responsible for ensuring effective maintenance of plant machinery, adherence to statutory and ISO compliance requirements, and smooth operations of the shop floor. The role requires strong expertise in SAP PM Module, energy management, and compliance documentation within a process/manufacturing industry environment. Qualification & Experience : Education: B.E. / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Experience: 610 years of experience in Release Paper Coating / Paper / Textile / Process / Manufacturing Industry Key Skills : SAP PM & Project Module IMS Documentation & Audits Statutory & Legal Testing MIS & Report Filing Energy Management & Govt. Liaisoning MS Office proficiency & strong communication skills Roles & Responsibilities : Manage spare parts inventory and compliance registers effectively. Ensure adherence to statutory, legal, and ISO compliance requirements. Handle SAP PM Module activities including documentation, audits, and reporting. Support smooth and uninterrupted shop floor operations in a process-driven environment. Coordinate with government authorities for statutory compliance and liaisoning. Prepare and submit MIS reports and energy management records. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and plant efficiency.
