Company Description Government Engineering College (GEC), Buxar, was established by the Government of Bihar under the Science, Technology, and Technical Education Department. The college began its first academic session in 2019 and has recently moved to its permanent campus at Mahdah, Itarhi road, Buxar. GEC Buxar offers five engineering branches: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, with an intake of 60 students each, and Computer Science Engineering, with an intake of 120 students. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Assistant located in Buxar. The Laboratory Assistant will be responsible for managing and maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control, and performing various laboratory tasks. This role includes handling analytical tasks, preparing reports, and communicating findings to the relevant departments. Qualifications Skills in Quality Control and Laboratory Equipment management Strong Laboratory Skills and Analytical Skills Effective Communication skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant experience or certification in laboratory management is beneficial
