Role & responsibilities : - Ensuring that the Established Vendor Governance Framework is adhered to. - Required Terms of Reference is getting addressed. S/he would be responsible for also ensuring Vendor Governance in line with RBI Master Directions on IT Outsourcing. - Managing the Contract lifecycle Management - Vendor Performance and Reviews - Contractual negotiations - Vendor Categorization / Segmentation Preferred candidate profile - 12-15 years having Procurement, Vendor Management, Contracts and Governance background. - Preferably from banking and financial institutions - Independently managed vendor discussions / negotiations - Managed internal IT and Business stakeholders
