Monitor and ensure high-quality standards across seed production fields & submit recommendations. Develop standard procedures for field inspection and ensure their adherence. Inspecting Hybrid seed Production and Parent Seeds production. Coordinate with departments for any quality issues. Provide technical support and training to growers and field staff on best practices in seed production & Quality assurance. Plan & execute grow-out-tests to verify the seed's genetic purity for Parent Seed & Hybrid Seed. Perform detailed observations, data recording, and analysis of traits of plant vigour, morphology, and other critical parameters. Generate accurate and timely reports on GOT results, highlighting genetic purity & identifying issues. Additional information: Travel requirements: Extensive travel to production fields and grow-out-test sites.
