Job Description: Content Creator/EditorMission To bring the Gorgeous Sports brand story to life through beautiful, authentic, and highly engaging short-form video and photo content. This role is crucial for visually representing our mission of empowering women and building confidence through fitness. Responsibilities Content Production: Produce high-quality, original video and photo content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts), Facebook. Content Alignment: Ensure all creative work is aligned with our three core content pillars: The Emotional Journey, The Product Story, and The Community Spotlight. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, sounds, and formats, and propose new content ideas that can amplify our message. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing lead (founder) to ensure a cohesive and effective content strategy. Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage to create polished, professional, and on-brand content. Qualifications A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating engaging short-form video content. Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and familiarity with mobile editing tools. Proven understanding of social media platforms and the trends that drive engagement. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects from concept to completion. A passion for the brand's mission to build confidence and community. Salary & Compensation Expected Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and portfolio.
