Senior Business Development Manager - Corporate Hiring Partnerships bengaluru 5 - 9 years INR 10.0 - 18.0 Lacs P.A. Hybrid Full Time

Role Objective Drive the acquisition of corporate clients and establish long-term hiring partnerships to ensure consistent job postings on the GoPrac platform. Expand GoPracs presence across sectors hiring early-career and experienced tech talent. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect and acquire corporate clients (mid-sized and large organisations) to post job opportunities on GoPrac. Build strategic relationships with CXOs, Talent Acquisition leaders and HR decision-makers. Develop and execute the outreach strategy including cold calls, LinkedIn campaigns, emails, events, and referrals. Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle: lead generation qualification proposal negotiation closing onboarding retention. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new employer acquisitions and job postings counts. Conduct product demos and showcase platform value through hiring success stories, metrics and analytics. Understand client needs and hiring workflows; propose tailored solutions including job-posting packages, add-on services etc. Gather client feedback and work cross-functionally with product and customer success teams to enhance platform offerings. Collaborate with marketing to co-create employer-branding campaigns, webinars, and events. Represent GoPrac at job fairs, university/industry hiring events, HR forums and networking platforms. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM; forecast and report sales metrics to leadership. Drive renewal and upsell of existing employer relationships to increase repeat job postings and deeper partnership. Required Skills & Experience 5-9 years of experience in B2B Business Development / Enterprise Sales (preferably in recruitment, HR tech, job-portal, or SaaS selling). Proven track record of selling to corporate clients (HR/TA functions) and achieving targets. Existing network and relationships with HR decision-makers in mid-to-large corporates. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong consultative selling and negotiation capabilities. Ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders and manage long sales cycles. Data-driven mindset; comfortable using CRM tools to manage pipeline, report and analyse metrics. Self-motivated, outcome-driven, strategic thinker with a hands-on execution orientation. Preferred Qualifications Experience with job-boards, assessment platforms, campus hiring solutions or employer-branding services. Good understanding of talent acquisition processes, volume hiring and tech hiring market (IT/ITES, product organisations, startups). MBA in Marketing, HR or a related field is preferred. Experience working in Bengaluru / India hiring ecosystem is a plus.
