Job Purpose: The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for generating group and event-based business for the Games Zone by building strong relationships with corporates, schools, event management companies, tour and travel operators , and other potential partners. This role also includes managing telesales activities, digital lead generation, and vendor coordination for event requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Sales Identify, target, and establish partnerships with corporates, schools, colleges, event planners, and travel agencies to drive group bookings and events. Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for group bookings and events. Conduct client presentations, center visits, and product demonstrations for potential partners. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through active cold calling, meetings, and networking . 2. Event Sales & Coordination Understand client requirements and customize event packages (corporate parties, school trips, birthdays, group activities) to suit their needs. Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, F&B, Finance) to ensure smooth event execution. Negotiate rates and finalize agreements while maintaining profitability. 3. Digital Lead Generation & Telesales Utilize social media, email marketing, and event platforms to generate leads for group events and parties. Manage outbound calls and follow-ups to convert inquiries into bookings. Track and maintain lead status in CRM or designated tools. 4. Vendor & Partner Management Source and coordinate with event vendors (decorators, entertainers, photographers, etc.) as per client requirements. Negotiate and finalize vendor rates ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. 5. Relationship Management Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals . Regularly update clients on new offers, packages, and seasonal promotions. 6. Reporting & Analysis Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports and event performance data. Analyze sales trends and suggest strategies for growth. KRA: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for the gaming zone Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and standards Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements Prepare and file tax returns and other government reports Serve as the head cashier for the gaming zone Manage petty cash and other cash transactions Process and review purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents Maintain an organized and efficient accounting system Provide support to management and other departments as needed REQUIREMENT: Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in the retail or hospitality industry Knowledge of accounting software and systems Understanding of financial policies and processes in the industry Great with MIS (Management Information System) Ability to work as head cashier and manage cash transactions Knowledge of purchase documents like GRN, invoices, etc. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (preferred)
