We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to manage the on-site execution of residential and modular interior projects. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in overseeing site operations, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. You will serve as the key site representative, ensuring that work is completed as per design specifications, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA): 1. Site Execution Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure smooth project flow. Monitor adherence to design plans and quality standards. Resolve site-related issues proactively. 2. Team & Vendor Coordination Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other labor teams. Ensure efficient workflow in line with project timelines. 3. Material Management Manage material deliveries and inventory. Minimize wastage and coordinate procurement needs. 4. Client & Designer Interface Act as the on-site point of contact for clients and designers. Provide regular updates and handle client queries or concerns. 5. Quality & Safety Conduct quality checks and ensure safe working conditions. Identify and address defects before handover. 6. Reporting Maintain daily logs, attendance, and material records. Report progress or delays to the Project Manager or Design Head. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure project success from ground to finish.
