We are looking for a Partner Network Manager to join our expanding team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a growing Partner network across different regions in India. Your primary focus will be on identifying, onboarding, and managing high-quality partners in areas such as CNC Machining, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Additive Manufacturing, Injection Moulding, and other technologies that Xometry deals with. Key Responsibilities - Develop and nurture strong relationships with production partners throughout India. - Identify and onboard new partners by assessing their technical capabilities, machinery, certifications, and pricing models. - Serve as the main point of contact and advocate for partners, offering continuous support and addressing any issues to enhance cooperation and partner satisfaction. - Regularly assess and enhance partner performance in terms of delivery speed, cost efficiency, and quality output. - Provide proactive technical guidance and ensure alignment with project and Xometry standards. - Collaborate with engineering, sales, and management teams to optimize partner integration and output quality. Qualifications & Competencies - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Production Management or related field. - Experience: 8-10 years in production operations, partner/supplier management, project management, and supply chain. - Established network: Having an established network of production partners in India is advantageous. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as CNC, 3D printing, and sheet metal. Proficiency in ERP/CRM tools and Google Suites. - Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indian languages like Kannada, Tamil, or Hindi is a plus. - Soft Skills: Results-driven, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity in a digital-first environment. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate cross-functionally. - Relationship building: Capable of cultivating and maintaining strong professional relationships with production partners.
