Key Requirements: - Proficiency in design and drafting skills using software such as Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Google Sketches. - Strong organizational, project management, and planning skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and mathematical abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and finalize Architectural & Structural Drawings for ongoing projects and upcoming projects. - Ensure alignment of architectural plans with marketing plans and compliance standards before project handover. - Review drawings, conduct cost analysis, provide feedback, and consult with senior management for approval. - Keep updated on industry developments, best practices, and trends, and propose innovative ideas for implementation.
