Google My Business Listing Experts

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Google My Business (GMB) Listing Expert to manage, optimize, and improve local business listings on Google. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GMB setup, optimization, and ongoing management to help businesses improve local visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, verify, and manage Google My Business listings for multiple clients
• Optimize GMB profiles including business information, categories, descriptions, images, and services
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of business details (NAP: Name, Address, Phone)
• Manage GMB posts, updates, offers, and announcements
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and Q&A professionally
• Resolve listing issues such as suspensions, duplicates, or verification problems
• Track GMB performance and provide basic insights or reports
• Stay updated with Google local search and GMB policy changes

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience working with Google My Business listings
• Strong understanding of local SEO and GMB best practices
• Experience handling GMB verification and reinstatement processes
• Ability to manage multiple listings with attention to detail
• Good written communication skills for posts and review responses
• Familiarity with basic reporting and performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a digital marketing or SEO agency
• Knowledge of local SEO tools and citation management
• Experience managing GMB listings for multiple locations or industries
