Content Creation:Develop and publish posts, offers, and events to inform customers and keep them engaged.

Review Management:Monitor and respond to customer reviews, building trust and managing the business's online reputation.

FAQ Management:Post answers to frequently asked questions and encourage customers to contribute to the Q&A section.

Local SEO:Implement strategies to improve local search ranking and increase visibility on Google.

Analytics & Reporting:Analyze GBP insights and other tools to track performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Client & Team Communication:Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and collaborate with internal teams (marketing, SEO, customer service) to align GBP strategies with broader business goals.

Troubleshooting & Support:Address and resolve any issues related to the client's GBP profile and potentially work with Google support teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Google Business Profile Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the platform and its features.

Local SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of local SEO principles and Google's ranking factors.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using GBP insights and other tools to interpret data and drive improvements.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and clients.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions for clients.
