Job Summary: The Policy and Compliance Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards within the Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) team. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance or policy development role, preferably within IT, cybersecurity, or endpoint management. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and security best practices related to endpoint management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP) are a plus.
