Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with advertisers under the Google Kickstart Program. Guide clients on ad optimization strategies including keyword selection, bidding strategies, and campaign structuring. Manage performance marketing campaigns and deliver insights for improvement. Assist with troubleshooting account and billing issues. Provide consultation on improving return on ad spend (ROAS). Maintain high-quality standards in every customer interaction.
