As a Senior SDET at our company based in Chennai, you will be expected to have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Automation Testing. You must possess expertise in various technologies such as Python, JavaScript, BDD/Behave, REST API, Postman, Selenium, Selenium Grid, Pytest framework, Jira, TestRail, and GitHub. It is essential that you have hands-on experience in REST API, Postman, and UI automation testing including cross-browser testing. Additionally, familiarity with IoT technologies like MQTT and knowledge of voice controllers such as Alexa and Google Home will be considered a plus. You should also have experience in developing a Test Automation framework from scratch. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both Manual Testing and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Automation Testing. Experience in integrating automation scripts into Jenkins (CI/CD) pipelines will be an added advantage. Proficiency in Test Life Cycle Management and Agile Methodologies is highly desirable.
