Day Translations is looking for a results-oriented specialist to enhance marketing effectiveness using Google Attribution. You should be skilled in configuring attribution models, creating insightful reports, and collaborating with marketing teams to improve campaign performance and achieve business objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing Google Attribution strategies, managing attribution models in Google Analytics and Google Ads, analyzing data to identify conversion drivers and the customer journey, producing reports with actionable recommendations, collaborating with marketing teams on data-driven improvements, and staying current on Google Attribution features and best practices. To qualify for this role, you must have a solid background in using Google Attribution and Google Analytics, a strong grasp of attribution models and their practical applications, demonstrated ability to analyze data and offer actionable insights, effective communication skills for remote presentations, and fluency in English. Preferred qualifications include experience in B2B marketing, familiarity with the translation and localization industry, proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio, and knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, and social media. This is a full-time remote position with a 40-hour workweek. After six months of employment, you will be eligible for paid time off, including 6 days of sick leave, 16 days of holidays (chosen by the team member), and 16 days of vacation per year, as well as parent and bereavement leave.
