Are you an Online Reputation Management (ORM) expert with more than 5 years of experience in the digital marketing industry Have you worked with ORM tools like Google Alerts, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Hootsuite, and Sprinklr Are you passionate about solving real-time reputation challenges and guiding individuals on managing online crises effectively If you answered yes to these questions, we at ASBS are excited to invite you as a Guest Trainer for our 2nd-year MBA students. We are looking for an industry expert who has hands-on experience in Online Reputation Management, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency setting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in practical ORM processes including monitoring, sentiment analysis, crisis management, and brand response. In this engaging training session, you will cover a range of topics including an introduction to ORM and brand monitoring, using ORM tools for real-time reputation tracking, setting up alerts and dashboards, handling negative reviews and complaints, crafting brand-safe responses, reporting and analytics, and live demonstrations of tools and actual campaigns. The teaching style will be interactive, hands-on, and tool-based, focusing on case study-based teaching rather than theory-heavy lectures. The sessions will be conducted in-person at ASBS MBA, Vashi Campus in Navi Mumbai. The honorarium will be based on your experience and the duration of the session.
