Job Description

Job Summary:

The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns on Google Ads to achieve business objectives. The role involves keyword research, ad creation, bid management, campaign analysis, and performance reporting to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max).
  • Develop effective ad copies and visuals that meet campaign objectives.
  • Monitor keyword performance and adjust bids for optimal results.
  • Keyword & Competitor Research
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to target high-performing terms.
  • Analyze competitors’ ads and identify market opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Track KPIs like CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign results.
  • Budget & Bid Management
  • Allocate daily/monthly ad budgets efficiently.
  • Monitor spend and ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing returns.
  • Optimization & A/B Testing
  • Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and targeting options.
  • Improve Quality Score and reduce overall CPC for campaigns.
  • Collaboration
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for landing page optimization.
  • Work with designers and content teams for creative ad materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
  • Experience in A/B testing and ROI-driven ad management.
  • Certification in Google Ads (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO & digital marketing is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Click-Through Rate (CTR) improvement.
  • Conversion Rate & Cost Per Conversion.
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Lead or sales generation as per business goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • UK shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
