Google Ads & Performance Marketing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a performance-focused mindset to generate high-quality leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, traffic, and conversions.
• Develop and manage performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and A/B test variations.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel).
• Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams for integrated campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines.
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads management.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels.
• Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting dashboards.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.49 - ₹20,000.14 per month
