Job Overview:

We are seeking a data-savvy and result-oriented Google Ads Performance Expert to manage, optimize, and scale ad campaigns for lead generation and business growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on campaign experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Google Ads accounts with a focus on performance and lead quality.
• Analyze campaign data, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Implement bid strategies, ad copy testing, and audience targeting improvements.
• Conduct regular A/B testing and performance audits.
• Identify underperforming areas and take corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for internal review.
• Stay updated with Google Ads algorithm changes and industry trends.

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience in performance-focused Google Ads management.
• Proficient with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization techniques.
• Ability to work with lead-based campaign goals and conversion tracking.
• Google Ads certification is a plus.
