As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for setting up tracking mechanisms on websites and digital assets, such as mobile apps, to optimize performance and drive customer engagement and conversions. Your role will involve conducting competitor analysis, studying market trends, and developing digital marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives. You will be required to test, measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of search, social, and content across conversion funnels. This includes lowering the cost of customer acquisition and increasing customer lifetime value. Additionally, you will set up dashboards and develop data presentation models to provide recommendations for improving business performance to department heads. Collaboration with in-house teams and maintaining client relationships are essential aspects of this role. This will involve scheduling regular meetings to review reports and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in SEM, social media handling, and Google Ads is expected. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, along with experience using analytical and reporting tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and Data Studio. Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms is necessary, as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to make data-driven decisions. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, along with strong communication and presentation abilities, are vital for success in this role.
