Shoot short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) for product features, testimonials, wellness tips, etc. Edit basic videos using tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Rush. Write captions, hooks, and short scripts for video content. Brainstorm new campaign ideas and trends aligned with the brand voice. Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain visual consistency and tone. Assist in organizing and managing a content calendar. Requirements: Passion for wellness, Ayurveda, and digital media. Basic video shooting and editing skills (phone-based or DSLR). Familiar with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Canva, and video editing apps. Strong communication and creative writing skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback. A portfolio or social media page with sample work is a plus. Location: Noida Sector 63 Department: Operations & Logistics Reports To: Operations Manager / Supply Chain Head Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, including order processing, shipment planning, and last-mile delivery. Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders. Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock reconciliations. Monitor logistics performance metrics (TAT, cost per delivery, delivery accuracy) and implement process improvements. Handle escalations and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports for management review. Collaborate with the finance team on freight bills, payments, and cost optimization. Utilize logistics software/tools to track shipments and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Key Requirements Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in logistics/supply chain, with proven experience at Good Delivery Technical Skills Proficiency in logistics management software, MS Excel, and ERP systems. Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics, last-mile delivery operations, and vendor management. Key Responsibilities: Listen to live and recorded calls to evaluate agents on predefined quality parameters. Assess communication, compliance, product knowledge, and call etiquette. Provide constructive feedback to agents/team leads for performance improvement. Identify trends, gaps, and training needs from audit insights. Maintain audit reports and share regular updates with the management team. Coordinate with QA/Training teams to align feedback and improve processes. Suggest improvements to scripts and customer interaction flows. Candidate Requirements: Prior experience in call auditing / quality analysis preferred (min 1 year). Strong listening, analytical, and reporting skills. Good command of English and Hindi. Familiarity with CRM/call monitoring tools is a plus. High attention to detail and ability to work independently. Must be comfortable with 6-day working schedule.
