Good show is an experienced experiential marketing agency and we are seeking a proactive and dynamic Client Servicing Executive/Manager to join our event management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management, with at least 3 years of experience. This role acts as a crucial bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, understanding of client needs, and flawless execution of events. The role also involves generating repeat business and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Understand clients’ objectives, brand guidelines, and event goals to provide strategic and creative input. Liaise between the client and internal teams (creative, production, operations) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Prepare impactful presentations and proposals that align with the client's vision and business goals. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to keep them updated on project progress and gather feedback. Manage client expectations while ensuring internal teams deliver quality outputs on time and within budget. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and repeat business. Maintain thorough documentation of client requirements, changes, and approvals. Attend client meetings, site visits, and events as required (occasional travel involved)
