The Bartender FORMAN will be responsible for overseeing bar operations, supervising staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing heavy equipment, maintaining the bar area, and performing carpentry and maintenance tasks as needed. The role requires excellent communication to coordinate effectively with team members and customers.
