Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources, providing insights that inform business decisions. Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling data reports and dashboards using 3rd party GoodData Analytical Designer tool. Ad Hoc Analysis: Respond to urgent business queries with timely, insightful analysis. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with different teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to understand their data needs, translating them into actionable analytical tasks. Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness, performing data cleansing as needed. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data collection and reporting processes. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Technical Skills: 5+ years of experience in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., GoodData, Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex datasets, draw conclusions, and make recommendations. Non-Technical Skills: High level of self-motivation: ability to take charge of own results and progress Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and solutions within datasets and analysis workflows. Attention to Details: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in data processing and reporting. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
