About the Company: We are a reputed software development company with over 30 years of legacy in delivering reliable and scalable ERP and business automation solutions. Headquartered in Coimbatore with an established presence in Chennai, we serve a wide range of clients across trading, manufacturing, distribution, and service domains. Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Presales Support Executive who will work closely with the Sales Team to support day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a good understanding of business domains like trading and manufacturing, and a customer-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing customized commercial proposals and quotations. Support sales by following up with selected leads and prospective clients. Coordinate and schedule client demos and meetings by liaising with both the client and the internal technical team. Track sales leads, status updates, and customer touchpoints in a structured manner. Customer Coordination Maintain regular follow-up for payments and support invoice generation activities. Establish strong interpersonal relationships with clients and understand their business needs to ensure a responsive sales process. Handle customer queries, ensuring timely responses and positive engagement. Presales & Implementation Support: Track ongoing ERP implementations and provide status updates. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure timely delivery of client demos and requested features. Record client requirements and follow up with internal stakeholders for prompt resolutions. Database Management & Outreach Create and maintain a client database including contact and interaction history. Perform random cold calling and exploratory outreach to potential leads.
