Start date of employment: July 2025 Position Summary Boarding House Parents will be responsible for the daily care, discipline, and well-being of students living in the boarding house. They will act as mentors, caregivers, and role models , ensuring a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Student Supervision & Daily Routine Management Wake up students at 5:30 AM for morning workouts and ensure punctuality. Supervise students' morning routine , ensuring they are prepared for the day. Escort students to and from academic sessions, extracurricular activities, and other school events . Ensure students follow the school's schedule and daily routines effectively. 2. Dining Hall Assistance & Student Well-Being Assist students at the dining hall during meal times, ensuring they follow dining etiquette. Monitor students' nutrition and hygiene , encouraging healthy eating habits. Address students' emotional, personal, and social concerns , providing a supportive environment. 3. Housekeeping & Discipline Maintenance Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure dormitories are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained. Safety, Welfare, and Pastoral Care Ensure students' physical and emotional safety , reporting any concerns to school authorities.
