Role & responsibilities Return Authorization : Validate and process return requests as per company policy. Inspection : Inspect returned goods for quality, damages, or reasons for return. System Updates : Record returns in ERP or inventory management systems. Coordination : Liaise with the warehouse, quality team, and customer service. Reporting : Track and report return trends, reasons, and action taken. Reverse Logistics : Coordinate with logistics for pickup and return of goods. Preferred candidate profile "Candidates who are willing to relocate to Surat or are already residing in Surat will be preferred."
