Job Description: As a Qualified CA with 6-9 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit, direct and indirect tax matters, you will be responsible for managing accounting, statutory audit, direct tax, and indirect tax engagements. Your role will involve client relationship management and development, ensuring client satisfaction, and actively participating in business development initiatives. Additionally, you will be involved in team hiring, training, and development, as well as the implementation of systems, policies, and procedures to support organizational growth and technology initiatives. Your rich experience in statutory audit, along with a deep understanding of accounting and auditing standards, especially IndAS, will be valuable in this role. A sound understanding of income tax, GST, and other tax provisions, coupled with relevant experience in conducting statutory, tax, and GST audits, will also be key requirements. Candidates with a consulting background are preferred for this position. Your success in this role will be supported by your good managerial and communication skills, proactive approach, positive attitude, and innovative mindset. You will be expected to perform such other tasks as required from time to time to contribute to the overall success of the organization.,
