About the Role: We are hiring experienced Web 3.0 professionals to design, build, and scale next-generation decentralized applications (dApps), smart-contract frameworks, and blockchain ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Architect and develop secure Web 3.0 applications using Ethereum, Polygon, or Solana. Write, audit, and optimize smart contracts (Solidity / Rust / Move). Integrate wallets and decentralized APIs (MetaMask, WalletConnect, IPFS). Ensure performance, scalability, and gas-fee optimization. Collaborate closely with UI/UX and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Research and implement emerging DeFi, DAO, and Layer-2 technologies. Technical Skills Required: Blockchain Frameworks Ethereum / Polygon / Solana Smart-Contract Languages Solidity / Rust / Move Web3 Frameworks Hardhat, Truffle, Brownie Integration Web3.js, Ethers.js, Wallet SDKs Front-End Collaboration React / Next.js / TypeScript Strong understanding of cryptography, security audits & gas optimization Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience building and deploying live blockchain products or DeFi platforms. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
