You will be responsible for handling bulk hiring for roles such as helper, operator, driver, etc. You will need to source, call, and screen candidates effectively. It will be your duty to coordinate interviews between clients and candidates. You should be comfortable maintaining Excel trackers and providing daily updates. Good calling and coordination skills are essential for this role. Basic knowledge of Excel and documentation handling is required. This is a full-time job based in Vadodara with a salary range of 1.80 to 2.40 LPA. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience.
