As a Development Manager at Apprication Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality, scalable web/mobile applications. You will design, build, manage, and mentor a team of Developers across backend, frontend, and DevOps. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA is key to shipping fast and effectively. You will troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and implement robust logging & monitoring. Enforcing best practices in Planning, coding, architecture, and agile development is an essential part of your role. Additionally, identifying and implementing the right tools, frameworks, and technologies will be crucial. You will own the system architecture and make key decisions on performance, security, and scalability. Continuous monitoring of tech performance and driving improvements will be part of your routine. To qualify for this role, you should have 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. A proven track record in managing Development teams and delivering consumer-facing products is required. Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, etc., and frontend frameworks like React, Angular, etc., is essential. Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. A deep understanding of system design, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and database management is expected.
