Job Title: Telecaller Company: Goldsikka Limited Product: Gold Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Goldsikka's gold products Explain the benefits and features of gold investment products Answer inbound calls and provide information about the company's offerings Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system Follow up with potential customers and nurture leads Assist in customer queries and provide excellent customer service Stay updated on gold market trends and company products Requirements: Excellent communication skills in relevant languages (specify based on target market) Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure Patience and ability to handle objections professionally Basic understanding of gold as an investment (training will be provided) High school diploma or equivalent; graduate degree preferred Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: Technical support: 1 year (Preferred) tele sales: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
