Job Description – Lawyer Company: Golden Visa Immigration Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lawyer to join our team at Golden Visa Immigration. The ideal candidate will provide legal expertise, guidance, and support in immigration-related cases, ensuring compliance with national and international immigration laws. The lawyer will represent clients, review documentation, and advise both clients and the company on legal rights, obligations, and strategies for visa and immigration processes. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Provide legal consultation and advice on immigration matters, including visas, residency, work permits, and citizenship. • Draft, review, and file legal documents, contracts, and immigration applications. • Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and policies. • Represent clients before immigration authorities, tribunals, and courts if required. • Conduct legal research on changes in immigration law and advise management and clients accordingly. • Communicate with government agencies, embassies, and regulatory bodies. • Support the company in risk management, dispute resolution, and policy development. • Maintain confidentiality and ensure ethical legal practices at all times. ________________________________________ Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher; specialization in immigration law preferred. • Valid license to practice law. • Proven experience in immigration law or related legal field (minimum 2–3 years). • Strong knowledge of immigration regulations, procedures, and case preparation. • Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle sensitive client matters. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
