The Sr. Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling customer queries and complaints, and maintaining high standards of services and facilities. Additionally, the Sr. Duty Manager will be involved in coordinating staff schedules, supervising front desk activities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
