Ensuring that production is according to set standards. Making and keeping records of sample Test Reports, Batch Reports. Collaboration with production department in day to day activity to maintain the quality norms. Sample analysis and making its documentation and keeping record of tests. Communication with customers in case of complaint and taking rectifying measures for future . Familiar with Viscosity Bath, Flash Point, Muffle Furnace, Hot Air Oven, TAN, PH, etc. To ensure Preventive maintenance and calibration of instruments activities as per schedule on time of Lab Instruments.
