Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of marketing professionals across various disciplines. Campaign Management: Plan and execute Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) campaigns, including digital, print, and events. Digital Marketing: Overseeing all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, and website management. Offline Marketing: Managing traditional marketing activities such as print advertising, event planning, and promotional materials. Content Marketing: oversee through our agency, the execution of a variety of content marketing activities thought leadership, blogs, ebooks, webinars and video ensuring quality is high. Brand Management: Building and maintaining a strong brand presence through consistent messaging and effective marketing campaigns. Collaboration and Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate leads and drive conversions, working closely with the sales team CRM, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Demand Generation and Sales Support: Utilise a variety of tactics ABM, paid social, webinars and email marketing to generate MQLs and drive pipeline growth. Support the sales team with collateral and content to help them convert more prospects. Budget Management: Developing and managing marketing budgets for both digital and offline campaigns, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in real estate marketing. Public Relations: Build and maintain strong public relations, liaising with media agencies and managing press advertisements and events. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Tracking and analysing marketing performance across all channels, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing campaigns for better results. Providing regular reports on marketing performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
