Key ResponsibilitiesProvide beauty services such as facials, hair removal, manicures, pedicures, hairstyling, and makeup application. Recommend appropriate skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products to clients. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitization standards in the salon. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products. Ensure client comfort and satisfaction by offering personalized consultations. Manage appointments and assist in promoting salon services/packages. Uphold safety standards and follow all health regulations. RequirementsProven work experience as a Beautician, Cosmetologist, or similar role. Certification/Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field. Knowledge of a wide range of beauty services and current trends. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Preferred SkillsExperience with advanced treatments (e.g., skin treatments, hair spa, bridal makeup). Retail sales experience in beauty and cosmetic products. Familiarity with salon software for scheduling and billing. Work EnvironmentFast-paced salon/spa environment.
